At our Masterclasses you will learn how to make the perfect bon bon or filled bars alongside our award-winning chocolatier Chole Oswald and the great thing is these classes are suitable for all levels! Thus making it the perfect gift or experience to share with friends, family or colleges. However, we know not everyone is a maker, if you would simply like to eat our chocolates then why not come visit us and sample them in person at our local pop ups and markets. Terms & Conditions
HERE AT CHOCOLATIA WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE AND AN EVEN HIGHER LEVEL OF CHOCOLATEY GOODNESS.
Returns
We will accept our customers returns if the item or item you receive arrives damaged or the wrong item/items were sent. Please take a picture of your item as it has arrived, then forward it onto chocolatia20@gmail.com and we can resolve your the issue or re-issue your order swiftly. You will need to send the faulty product back to us in order to recieve a refund unless substantial photo evidence has been provided.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our team immediately, our chocolates are made to order in small batches so if cancellation occurs after your order is dispatched we will be unable to refund you.
Payments
Payments will be taken when your order is placed, rather than at the time of dispatch. This avoids any last-minute problems that may delay your delivery. We will not accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it. If there is any issue we will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify.
Delivery
We post out 2-3 times a week. The next postal date will always be displayed at the top of the website header. Whatever shipping option you choose, it will be sent in this way from the next stated shipping date. All packages will be sent out with Royal Mail either Tracked 24, First or Second Class depending on your decision at the checkout. If your package goes missing or is heavily delayed please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues. We strongly reccomend using Tracked 24 to prevent any delivery issues. Please check your delivery information is correct as we are not liable for your order if you give us incorrect information. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe provided by Royal Mail, we are not able to make a claim or compensate unless the parcel is over 7 days late. Please bare this in mind when contacting us about your order.
Packaging & Design
From time to time we may choose to update or change our packaging, including boxes, cards, wrapping materials. If you have ordered one of our products, the chocolates will remain the same but we reserve the right to change or upgrade your packaging. We promise they will still look beautiful.
Contact Details
The online store is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, enquires placed after working hours, weekends and bank holidays will be dealt with the following working day. We will do our very best to deal with your enquiry within 48 hours.
