Fudge Brownie - A very popular flavour since it's release last year. A caramelly chocolate ganache is surrounding a chunk of fudgey chocolate brownie (contains eggs) in a milk/dark blended shell.
Raspberry & Lemon - White chocolate shell with a creamy lemon ganache and a raspberry gel.
Pistachio Kunafa - Inspired by the viral Dubai Pistachio trend we make an in house Iranian pistachio praline and mix it with toasted Kataifi pastry, caramelised white chocolate and Isle of Skye sea salt for this nutty and crunchy bonbon.
Coconut & Lime- This award winning bonbon uses Valrhona Ivoire 35% in both its light and zesty coconut and lime ganache and its satiny shell that will transport you somewhere tropical on even the darkest days!
Hazelnut Latte- A creamy hazelnut ganache layered upon a rich coffee ganache all topped off with a crispy hazelnut crunch!
Caraibe 66- This signature truffle showcases the balanced flavour of the Valrhona dark chocolate couverture Caraibe 66% . It's made up of a sumptious ganache centre created with the Grand Cru chocolate produced from the finest beans from small plantations in the Carribean islands.
Passion fruit - A tangy and zingy passion fruit and vanilla caramel layered with a lavish milk chocolate and passion fruit ganache.
Hazelnut Praline- Perfectly roasted hazelnuts wrapped up in a crispy feuillatine flakes, caramelised sugar, flaky sea salt and creamy house made hazelnut praline to make a crunchy filling.
